The primary objective of Guideline ACT is to deliver projects to Clients to a high standard of quality in the most cost-effective manner, within time constraints, at the same time recognising the need for good environmental planning, the effect on the community at large and the health and welfare of our employees.
To achieve this objective, Guideline ACT manages all our Projects, no matter what size, duration or budget, using proven management systems including:
- 3rd Party Accredited Quality Assurance system
- Environmental Management system
- Occupational Health, Safety and Rehabilitation system
- An experienced Foreman and a qualified Civil Engineer are allocated to each Project.
